NOTICE OF FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
By participating in the Yogibo PAX East event (the “Event”), you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the Event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and the use of your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photographs, video recordings, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of Yogibo LLC (“Yogibo”).
You agree that Yogibo, its representatives, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns have the right to use these recordings and images for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media, promotional materials, press releases, and publications, in perpetuity and in any media format now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.
If you do not wish to be subject to such recording, photography, or use of your likeness, it is your responsibility to notify a member of the Yogibo staff and to avoid areas where filming or photography is actively taking place.
Notice Regarding Minors (Under 18)
Yogibo values privacy and safety, especially for younger guests. If you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in photo or video activities unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide consent.
Additionally, Yogibo will make every reasonable effort to avoid capturing or using images or video footage of individuals who appear to be under the age of 18 without clear consent from a parent or legal guardian. However, because this is a public event, complete exclusion of such footage cannot be guaranteed.
If you are a parent or guardian and do not wish for a minor in your care to appear in any Yogibo content, please notify a Yogibo staff member immediately.
By participating in the Event, you release Yogibo LLC and its partners from any liability connected with the use of your image, voice, or likeness as stated above.
