14-Day Window
All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Email us first — no walk-ins without authorization.
Email to Start
Email cs@yogibo.com to request your return. We'll send a label and RMA instructions within 1 business day.
Like-New Condition
Items must be clean, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. A 25% restocking fee may apply otherwise.

How to Return

Email us within 14 days
Send your request to cs@yogibo.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive your RMA & instructions
We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and packing instructions. Do not ship without this — unauthorized returns will be refused.

Pack it carefully in the original box
Use the original shipping boxes. Include a copy of your packing slip inside. Improperly packaged items may arrive damaged, which can affect your refund.

Ship it back & we'll process your refund
You're responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

Your refund will be the original product price, minus any applicable restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping charge.

The cost to ship your order to you is non-refundable. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Important Notes

Before You Ship

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy. Here's what to know before you send anything back:

No unauthorized returns. Any package sent without an RMA number will be refused at our warehouse. You'll be responsible for carrier charges in both directions.

In-store returns don't need an email first. If you're returning to a Yogibo retail location, you can walk in — no prior authorization needed.

Check your item before boxing it up. Once it's shipped back, condition at arrival determines your refund. We can't credit damage that occurred during return transit.

If Yogibo delivered your order by truck, you're responsible for arranging and paying return shipping back to us.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This way you get your new color or size faster — no waiting for us to process the swap first.
