Every Yogibo is covered by a one-year seam and zipper warranty. Here's exactly what's covered, what to do if something goes wrong, and how to extend your protection.
The micro-beads inside your Yogibo can cause suffocation to young children. Only open zippers to add or replace beads and close fully immediately after. Children should always be supervised when near Yogibo products and should never be allowed to open any zippers. If a product becomes damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact us for a replacement part.
Standard Warranty
There is a one-year warranty on the seams and zippers of each Yogibo furniture cover, included automatically with every purchase. This warranty applies to the continental US.
With normal use and care, your Yogibo should last for years beyond the warranty period. Should the beads ever feel less supportive, refill bags are available at all Yogibo retail locations and online at yogibo.com.
To file a warranty claim, email a photo of the issue to cs@yogibo.com with your order number. You can also call 1-877-YOGIBO (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET). A customer service representative will review your claim and advise on next steps.
Protection Plan
For added peace of mind, the optional Yogibo Protection Plan extends coverage to two years and includes accidents the standard warranty doesn't cover — spills and staining, punctures from sharp objects, and accidental damage from everyday life.
Once a Protection Plan claim is approved, you receive a one-time replacement of the covered item. The plan must be purchased alongside your product and is available for all furniture items.
14-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items in like-new condition. To initiate a return, email cs@yogibo.com to receive an RMA number — returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Items must be securely repacked in original packaging. Include a copy of your sales record and the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Info
Yogibo ships to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Orders typically arrive within 10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. If you have a tax exemption certificate, please provide it prior to order acceptance. For special delivery arrangements, contact customer service before placing your order.
